Chong Ko Hakka Noodle is a noodle shop that I used to visit since I was a child. It open in the morning session from 1am to 11am, however, it has been crowd with people and it's noodle used to finish selling around 10am.
So, wake up earlier if you would like to have a try.
A plain noodle with minced meats.
Big hakka noodle costs RM3.50
Smalle hakka noodle costs RM3.00
Try adding chili to make Hakka noodle nicer. 
In my opinion, I used to visit and eat at the shop without service tax and service charges.
Let's try a bowl of Hakka noodle.
